Happy New Years 2016- Harrison is Sick

I have tonsillitis, bronchitis, two ear aches, a constant head ache, and my stomach issues have been as bad as they have ever been. It got down to 18 degrees yesterday its dark and depressing, my comp is very ignorant and does not have a drive to do anything or learn anything so i am doing this on my own. So you may read this and wonder why i just told you all these sad things, but it is because i can feel your prayers. My sicknesses have chilled out, and even though its cold and dark im happy, and I am able to look at my companionship as a learning experience for the feature. A mission is hard, but anytime i have something bad happen to me i think "hes been through it to" and when it hurts to walk because of blisters i think "he walk with a cross, and a crown, and lashings" and somehow my feet don't hurt anymore.        Because of being sick i stayed in a day and i was able to come up with this sheet that i call "the hit list". It is pretty much our ward list divided up by area and put into order based on an address. There is a huge push for member missionary work, so we will be doing a 15 minute lesson on how to be a missionary with each person we see. By getting people pumped to share the gospel we will see Gods hand in all things and we will baptize in this desolate area. Im going to through a solid to the missionaries back home so who ever wants to tell them that a good way to get the ward pumped is my getting a list of who served missions in the ward and going and talking to them about it. This causes them to reminisce and get excited  about being a missionary and this flows into the rest of the ward. Next Hit up the wives of the Bishop, elders corm president, and all other callings like that. They have a huge influence on a ton of people and at least in my parents case my mother is way more chatty than my dad. I am sure the missionaries work hard, and they might have already done this but i just want to help in anyway. We are in the last days. In D&C 88:81 it says "It becometh every man who hath been warned to warn his neighbor." Please guys dont be afraid to talk about this gospel... Romans 1:16 (haha shout out to seminary)...  so that is enough with preachy stuff. The cool stuff of the week..... On the 30th we had a zone conference  (a meeting with 30ish missionaries) and after one of the breaks they called me up with others to sing happy birthday..... I had forgotten it was my birthday up until that point haha That night some of our really good member friends took us out to dinner and ice cream. A few days prior to that i went on exchanges with the port townsen elders so i went up to them and one of them came down with my companion for the day. We had an awesome dinner with the Myer family..... After the dinner elder bell told me that i just had dinner with the author of twilight so that was pretty cool haha, o and lastly the pizza that you sent was frozen when i got home haha but after a few minutes in the microwave it was good. So ya in two weeks i will have been out 1/4 of my mission.... weird. I love all you guys:) haha keep prayen Elder Chaco
